Excellent service. I had a coach stuck in some mud and these guys attended within 40 mins and had the coach out of the mud and on there way back to London. Cannot express how good they are!

We broke down whilst towing a caravan on our way to our holiday in Kessingland. Phoned Autoaid who sent Eddie to come to our rescue. Eddie was professional throughout, helped to make a stressful situation more manageable, loaded the car, towed us to our campsite, waited patiently whilst we unloaded the car (and temporarily lost the keys!). He organised for a local garage to fix the car and took it straight there. Could not fault his service, thanks Eddie, we are now home safe!
Brilliant service when our motorcycle had to be recovered from Norfolk back to our home inLancashire. We were taken to Ferrybridge services to be transferred to another operator to be taken the remaining part of our journey home. Our breakdown company (GEM) were unable to get a recovery agent and JEM Recovery took us home even though it meant an overnight stay. This is going the extra mile! Can’t thank them enough, fantastic service.

Excellent service . 1st time for me. Initially most helpfull and friendly on phone. Rescuer called prior to appointed time to confirm, and arrived as arranged. Charming helpful chap. Got me mobile, and suggested solution. I am 65++ and totally appreciated service given. Highly Recommend.

A muntjac ran into my car and I was completely stuck a long way from home, as my mud flap was torn and hitting the wheel, he came out on a Sunday night, lovely man, really friendly and helpful, sorted my car so I could get home, couldn’t fault the service, would highly recommend to anyone.
Just a fantastic service. After a phone call 6:50pm and parking up the car overnight safely, they sorted out collection to which their driver arrived on time, early morning 8:15am, to collect our damaged car. The driver was courteous and after loading the car, took it to my local garage but this said, he was equally, happy to take it to our home. Yes, overnight was never going to happen but they did what they said incredibly efficiently and the service was customer focused and friendly. If highly recommend these guys. Professional, fairly priced (based on our local home location) Thank you!!!
Shocking! Stuck on Side of road for 2 hours, when he turned up, he just said oh starter motor faulty. Left after 3 minutes and left me stranded.. Turns out it was an immobiliser issue as I hinted to him.. and could have been reset.. total time on side of road was 4 hours.. I paid AA to come and help and they fixed it in ten minutes.. avoid This company!
Excellent service , My van required a jump start after the battery had gone flat. Only waited 20 minutes for Jem to arrive , very polite at a reasonable cost of £50 compared to £350 the RAC wanted to charge !
